Roy Chapin III is the broker and President - licensed as a broker in Florida since 1970 - he is also licensed as a broker in Idaho. Mr. Chapin has been involved in all types of real estate during his career including being President of John's Island, Vero Beach, developing and marketing the River Plaza Office complex in Jupiter, developing and marketing Southpointe at Ocean Village in Fort Pierce. His activities have included the planning or consulting on golf and/or residential communities in Michigan, Dominican Republic, Aspen Colorado and several locations in Florida.

An associate of the firm recently assisted a client in the selection and acquisition of a $7 million home in northern Palm Beach County.
